This immersive journey combines Welsh language learning with authentic cultural experiences in two of Wales’s most vibrant Welsh-speaking towns: Caernarfon and Aberystwyth. Each day begins with structured Welsh lessons, followed by afternoons spent exploring historic castles, scenic countryside, traditional market towns, and dramatic coastlines. The tour provides rich context for the language you’re learning.
The programme is ideal for those at the beginning of their Welsh-language journey, focusing on building confidence through practical lessons and daily opportunities to use Welsh in real-life settings. More confident speakers are also warmly welcomed; your experience adds depth to the group and creates natural opportunities for peer learning, helping everyone progress together.
The tour concludes with a full day at the National Eisteddfod, Wales’s largest and most important cultural festival. This unforgettable finale offers a powerful celebration of Welsh language, music, and heritage, and provides lasting inspiration to continue learning long after the journey ends.
